Masked men kill members of a wealthy family and film the murder. They use the video to extort money from other wealthy families. Walker and Alex use the governor’s plane to fly evidence to the court. Their plane is shot down.

Special Olympian athletes are in town for the competition. One girl makes friends with the Rangers and their friends. She witnesses a hit-man’s attack on Trent to prevent him from testifying in court.

Drug dealers are being more active and brazen trying to sell their drugs. They target a high school and a teacher is killed when he tries to run the dealers off school grounds. The students decide they must take back their school.

Escaped convicts seek shelter in a church while waiting for fake passports and money. One convict has a past relationship with the nuns in church. The nuns, as well as Alex and her women support group, are held captive by the convicts.

Walker continues to tell the story of Hayes Cooper. And he continues when Cooper upon seeing the family he befriended killed, he sets out to go after the ones he believes responsible for their deaths.

A convict seeks forgiveness from those he did wrong. He contacts Walker and tells him that the person who killed Walker’s parents is still alive. Walker tracks down the killer to have him finally get his punishment in court.
