After their fairytale wedding, Carlin and Evan head off on their honeymoon with a stop in romantic Charleston, SC. The newlyweds experience the romance of the city and try their hand at crabbing. But will Carlin show her claws when Evan dares her to pick up a crustacean? Trace's friend, Chaney, is in town and he introduces her family to the Bates. Will Trace win her family over or lose his cool during a competitive game of bocce ball? The countdown to Josie and Kelton's first baby is on and final prep with a doula bolsters their confidence, but no one could truly anticipate the difficult labor in store. With much perseverance, Josie gives birth to baby Willow and the family comes together to celebrate.

Ever since Whitney, Carlin and Erin have started their online dress business, it’s been non-stop! They’ve been selling out of dresses and staying up all hours to ship out packages! Given their rapid expansion, the ladies are working on moving into a new work space. Meanwhile, Katie puts her cosmetology skills to the test when Michaella stops by for highlights. As the sisters catch up, Katie reveals that she has a crush on a new guy! Now that Erin’s expecting baby #4, she heads to the doctor for an ultrasound. How will Erin and Chad juggle all of their work responsibilities with another baby in the mix? And it wouldn’t be a Bates family cookout without a family member revealing some big news! Will Carlin and Evan’s pinata surprise be a baby bombshell?!

New parents Josie and Kelton are bringing home baby to a brand new place and the first time homeowners call in a few family favors to complete renovations on their fixer-upper. Meanwhile, Carlin, Erin and Whitney recruit Trace’s “friend” Chaney to model for their online dress boutique. Later, Trace’s blossoming relationship with Chaney is put to the test when Jud and Jeb are chaperones for their date!

Now that Carlin and Evan’s baby secret has been revealed, they head to the doctor for their first ultrasound. But when it’s revealed Carlin has the same blood disorder as Erin, she begins to worry about the pregnancy. Grappling with the news, Carlin joins Erin and Whitney at their new boutique work space for a heart to heart. Later, Gil and Kelly Jo visit an orthopedic surgeon, where Gil is faced with a tough decision. And it’s Tori’s turn to spill a secret! During a stroll with Josie and their babies, she reveals some very big news!

Trace, Gil, and Kelly Jo are Texas bound where Trace is planning to ask Chaney to be his girlfriend, and the pressure is on to make it a memorable moment! They spend quality time in the Lone Star State with Chaney’s family enjoying Tex-Mex and some friendly competition. First stop is go-kart racing where it appears Trace has met his match! But later at the batting cages, will Trace get the green light from Chaney’s dad to date his daughter? Meanwhile, Kelly Jo and Chaney’s mom put Trace’s courting plan in motion when the two families come together for a picnic. Trace takes Chaney aside for the perfect moment alone to ask her if she will be his girlfriend; will she say yes?

No more one handed push-ups for Gil! With Kelly Jo by his side, Gil heads to an orthopedic center for rotator cuff surgery. Will Gil’s anxiety about the procedure get the best of him? Newlyweds and new parents, Josie and Kelton celebrate their first anniversary, while Michaella and Brandon get a taste of parenthood watching over baby Willow. Later, it’s game night for the Bates with an epic game of Hangman! With everyone gathered, Tori and Bobby heat up the competition with a special, surprise phrase! Lastly, Carlin and Evan make a colorful splash when revealing the gender of their first child!

It’s the ultimate ultrasound when Whitney, Erin, Carlin, and Tori share a check-up appointment together. Later, the married couples go on a kid-free date as all the grandkids have a sleepover with Kelly Jo and a still recovering Gil! When chaos ensues, Katie gets recruited to help keep the peace. Little does she know, a big birthday surprise is on “his” way to the sleepover with her favorite pizza! Katie’s birthday becomes extra sweet as she spends the day with her “friend” Travis. Is a blossoming romance on the horizon?

It’s a great Bates getaway, when the entire family, along with Katie’s “friend” Travis and Trace’s girlfriend Chaney, head to Gatlinburg, Tennessee for some family fun in the great outdoors! Fitting this massive clan under one roof is a mighty task. Are Kelly Jo and Tori up to the challenge? But before the epic adventure begins, Trace breaks his finger and needs surgery. Will he still be able to join the family trip? And will a crazy windstorm put a damper on this epic adventure and blow away Kelly Jo’s hopes of getting an updated photo with the entire family?

Now that Josie and Kelton have purchased a home, they’re putting finishing touches on their renovations. Erin, Chad, and Lawson join Josie to help with a challenging painting project. Meanwhile, Michaella takes a break from nursing school to have some “Fall Fun” with the younger kids! And it’s countdown to baby #3 for Whitney! Erin stops by to help Whitney transform a corner of Kaci Lynn’s room into a nursery and, as the ladies decorate, Erin ponders how she’s going to manage living arrangements in her cozy little home once she has baby #4.

Given Gil’s recent rotator cuff surgery, the older Bates boys help join their Dad to help on a tree job. But will Gil be able to put down the chainsaw and let his sons take the lead? Meanwhile, Erin and Chad discuss their current living arrangements now that Baby #4 is on the way. Later, Gil and Kelly Jo head to Florida to spend some quality time with Alyssa, John, and their kids. After enjoying plenty of fun time with the grandkids, Alyssa updates her parents on her recent heart procedure and whether her medical condition is getting better or worse.

Brandon’s celebrating a big accomplishment! He’s published his first book and is having a book signing. Meanwhile, since Erin is always doing so much for her family, Chad plans a sweet surprise for his very pregnant wife. But her night of pampering turns into a not so relaxing evening when Carson, Brooklyn and Everly join the party! Later, Josie, Carlin and Katie are on a mission to give Kelly Jo a special makeover for her anniversary date night with Gil! How will Gil react to Kelly Jo’s spruced up look?

Before Whitney gives birth to Baby Khloe, she and Zach decide to have some bonding time with Bradley and Kaci Lynn. While Whitney enjoys lunch with her son, Zach has a special tea party with their daughter. Kelly Jo, meanwhile, is on a mission to put up her Christmas decorations before Erin and Whitney give birth. Finally, join Whitney and Zach as they welcome Baby Khloe into their family!

‘Tis the season for holiday traditions and baby additions! The Bates family stop by Zach and Whitney’s house to enjoy some snuggle time with baby Khloe Eileen. But will protective big brother Bradley let anyone hold her? Later, it’s time for fellowship and fun when all of the family “shower” Carlin and Evan with baby Love. Meanwhile, Erin and Chad welcome baby #4, Holland Grace, into the world. And it’s a winter wonderland double date, when Trace and girlfriend Chaney join Zach and Whitney on the ice! And to celebrate the holidays, the family return to their yearly tradition of singing carols at an assisted living center and reflect on their many blessings as they get ready for a new year!

A “Love” filled day and Baby Layla is on her way! Soon to be parents Carlin and Evan lean on Erin’s decorating expertise and Chad’s handyman skills to put the finishing touches on Baby Layla’s nursery. Now that the renovations are complete, Josie and Kelton host a housewarming party and celebrate their new business ventures with their family! Meanwhile, Trace is dealing with a broken heart; he turns to his parents and Zach for relationship advice. Later, a routine ultrasound for Carlin becomes worrisome and she ends up in the hospital sooner than expected...Will baby Layla arrive before her due date? And the whole family gathers in Rocky Top for their annual “I Love You Day" festivities. Katie’s “friend” Travis joins the celebration; Is a courtship calling for the young couple?

It’s double date fun when Katie and Travis join Josie and Kelton for a pizza making party! Will Travis’ dough rolling skills impress his leading lady and is a courtship in the works for the cute couple? Tori’s gearing up for Baby #2. She heads to Dr. Vick’s for an ultrasound and to check in about her blood clotting disorder. Meanwhile, Erin, Whitney and Carlin discuss their growing business and motherhood since they each have little ones. Later, Lawson receives a warm welcome from his family, now that he’s back from the Philippines!

Doctor’s orders! Gil’s recovered from shoulder surgery but is he keeping up with his rehab? Meanwhile, Josie’s business, Effortless Beauty, is buzzing! She and her business partner meet up with a bride-to-be for a hair and makeup trial and we get a glimpse at Kelton and Bobby’s new plumbing partnership. Long distance loves, Katie and Travis, make plans to celebrate his 19th birthday in New Jersey. Later, to celebrate Addee and Jackson’s milestone birthdays, the family takes them indoor skydiving. But will Addee get cold feet when it’s her turn to “jump?”

All you need is love and Pizza! Katie, Gil and Kelly Jo are in New Jersey for Travis’ birthday weekend! While Katie thinks she’s going to be celebrating her crush all weekend, she’s actually 48 hours away from Travis asking her to court! In between celebrating his birthday and going ax throwing, Travis finds time to put his five senses courtship plan in motion. Will a sweet serenade and heart shaped pizza win over Katie’s heart?

A global pandemic is on the hearts and minds of the world, as well as the Bates family. In this special family-filmed episode, Gil and Kelly strategize how they’re going to manage social distancing guidelines with a family of ten plus people. Since Tori’s in countdown to baby mode, she leans on Erin and Chad to help her get a nursery ready for Kolter. Jackson is forced to leave a bootcamp in Texas because of COVID-19 and heads to join Lawson and Nathan who are social distancing in Arkansas, where Lawson is training to become a pilot. Later, Tori’s faced with the prospect of having to give birth to her second child during the coronavirus outbreak. Can Dr. Vick ease her concerns?

The Bates family continue to document their lives in the midst of the coronavirus. While Bobby’s at work, he gets a call from Tori that it’s time for baby #2! He rushes home to take her to the hospital. Meanwhile, Trace collided with Warden during a basketball game, forcing Gil to take him to the emergency room, just as Tori’s about to have her baby. With only Bobby by her side, Tori gives birth to a healthy baby boy, rooted on via video chat by Kelly Jo and her sisters. Later, Kade’s promoted to big brother as he meets baby Kolter for the first time!

In another family-filmed episode, the Bates remain productive while maintaining social distancing guidelines during the pandemic. Kelly Jo is in project mode, so she leans on Lawson, Jud and Jeb to help put together shelves for a new pantry. Meanwhile, Carlin, Whitney and Erin discuss their online boutique over video chat and strategize how they can keep their business up and running in the midst of COVID-19, while Michaella chats with Brandon about the challenges of pursuing her nursing degree online now instead of in the classroom.

Lawson, Nathan and Trace spend time catching up and riding horses at the ranch, but Nathan’s quickly in the hot seat when his brothers notice something interesting on his finger. Does he have news he wants to share? Meanwhile, every day has been an emotional rollercoaster for first time parents Carlin and Evan after learning that baby Layla has a small hole in her heart. Finally, Whitney and Zach get an unexpected delivery as thanks for all of the work they’ve done for the boutique during the pandemic.
